A suggestion box is a means of collecting ideas and feedback anonymously. Write on a slip of paper and put it into a designated area, such as a ballot box, basket, or recycled tissue box.
Not all students feel comfortable asking questions in front of their class. A suggestion box can be a good way to have students ask tough questions or share ideas that they don't want to say out loud. Suggestion box slips are also great for estimating games, votes, secret questions, or "Who Am I" activities.
To make a suggestion box slip, click the "Use this Template" button below. Once you're in the Storyboard Creator, click on each of the elements on the template to change them to fit your needs. When you're done, hit save and follow the instructions. You can print off your worksheet from the next screen, or it will be saved to your account.
Happy Creating!
