Ta dejavnost je nadaljevanje aktivnosti samorefleksije. V tem bodo učenci ustvarili vizualne slike, ki bodo pokazale, kako bodo izboljšale ali vzdrževale območja dobrega počutja, ki so jih prepoznala v prejšnji dejavnosti. Naj učenci kopirajo svojo prejšnjo zgodbo. Ohranili bodo le svojo skorjo in obrisali vso umetnost v naslednjih. Študenti bodo tej zgodbi dodali tudi četrto celico. Tri prazne celice bodo vsakemu študentu omogočile predstavitev, kako se bo izboljšala.
Z dokončanjem te vaje bodo učenci vizualizirali, kaj morajo storiti, kar je pogosto prvi korak pri postavljanju ciljev. Študenti se lahko pozneje ozrejo po tej knjigi in ugotovijo, ali so upoštevali svoj načrt in ali pomaga ali ne.
