Så här Skapar du en Kundtjänst

Detta är den fjärde delen av vår Illustrerade Guide till Produktutvecklingsserie. En del av produktutvecklingen är att förstå dina kunder. Kundresor Kartläggning är processen med att titta på händelserna från slutet till slutet som utgör hela historien om din produkt / tjänst, med din produkt / tjänst och efter. Dessa kartor kan bli ganska långa och involvera många aktörer eller personligheter. De får inte ens vara linjära. Genom att undersöka dessa olika kundresor är det möjligt att identifiera viktiga användningsfall som din produkt / tjänst behöver göra otroligt bra. Detta bör innehålla allt som för närvarande orsakar mycket kundkänsla (ofta av ingen anledning) och använda fall som verkligen förbättrar kärnproduktutbudet.
